Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop and update control programs for new product realization.
  • Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies.
  • Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment for control means.
  • Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs.
  • Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
  • Guarantee the capability of control means.
  • Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time in collaboration with the project team.

Qualifications

  • HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.

Skills

Proven expertise in three-dimensional machine control. Experience in metrology. Knowledge of METROLOG programming software. Demonstrated communication skills and ability to work in a multidisciplinary team. Proactive, autonomous, rigorous, with a field-oriented approach and analytical mindset.

Experience

Experience in metrology and three-dimensional machine control is required.

Education

HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
