Role & Responsibilities
- Develop and update control programs for new product realization.
- Optimize control programs by collaborating with machining programmers on manufacturing strategies.
- Ensure timely release of programs and define requirements for fixtures or equipment for control means.
- Support workshops during initial controls to validate programs.
- Ensure operator training on the use of control means.
- Guarantee the capability of control means.
- Define optimal control ranges in terms of capability, accuracy, and product control time in collaboration with the project team.
Qualifications
- HES Engineer or ES Technician degree in microtechnology or equivalent.
Skills
Experience
Experience in metrology and three-dimensional machine control is required.
