Rolex seeks a Methods Technician in Geneva, Switzerland, to develop and optimize machining programs. Requires expertise in turning machines and programming.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop machining programs for production equipment.
  • Monitor and communicate task progress to relevant stakeholders.
  • Actively participate in the integration of new products and processes, formalizing reference states.
  • Conduct production trials in collaboration with partner teams and draft associated reports.
  • Update technical data related to production means and operations.
  • Rationalize and optimize manufacturing processes by establishing experimental plans.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects within production and service.

Qualifications

  • HES Engineer, ES Technician in Microtechnology or equivalent.

Skills

Recognized expertise in machining on single and multi-spindle turning machines with proficiency in ISO and TISIS programming. Knowledge of CAD software, ideally CREO. Ability to work collaboratively with a preference for hands-on tasks. Methodical and rigorous approach with strong analytical and synthesis skills. Willingness to undergo initial training in Geneva before continuing the mission in the canton of Fribourg.

Experience

Experience in machining and programming on turning machines is required.

Education

HES Engineer, ES Technician in Microtechnology or equivalent.
