Role & Responsibilities
- Support international media project management and immerse in cross-border campaign workflows.
- Prepare, review and consolidate post-campaign reports to measure performance and inform stakeholders.
- Verify media plans and ensure accuracy of information entered into planning and reporting tools.
- Manage relationships with print media partners and coordinate deliverables.
- Consolidate content for Rolex digital and owned platforms and liaise with other departments for alignment.
- Provide general project support: gather information, coordinate meetings, maintain project documentation, verify deployments and assist in project scheduling.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s program in Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
- Excellent written and spoken French and English.
- Strong organisational skills, analytical mindset and ability to work autonomously.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
- Availability for a 6-month internship.

No prior professional experience is required beyond academic coursework; the role is designed for a Master’s-level student seeking practical exposure to media project coordination and campaign analysis.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Master’s degree in Communication, Marketing or equivalent.
