Rolex is seeking a Manufacturing Methods Specialist in Geneva, Switzerland, to ensure industrial standards and robust manufacturing methods for component production.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and implement strategies and tools for component manufacturing.
- Enhance and deploy manufacturing processes.
- Determine programming strategies and associated tools.
- Train and support users during process transfers between industrialization, internal production, and external production.
- Audit manufacturing processes at supplier locations.
- Conduct setup, fine-tuning, and approval of programs on equipment.
- Participate in pre-receptions and the commissioning of new production means.
Qualifications
- CFC in polymecanics, ideally in milling and erosion.
- Additional training in manufacturing methods, control, or processes is advantageous.
- Proven technical expertise in erosion.
- Proficiency in programming across various platforms.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrated experience in manufacturing methods, particularly in milling and erosion, with a strong technical background.
Education
CFC in polymecanics.
