Role & Responsibilities

• Structure and ensure the reliability of the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) for a pilot scope including site, technical lot, and equipment families.
• Standardize building technical maintenance procedures applicable to operational activities.
• Define a set of KPIs and a simple reporting system to manage activities.
• Understand and contribute to the improvement of maintenance workflows.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent.
• Knowledge of maintenance processes and building environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office tools and standard reporting.
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral.
• Ability to manage priorities effectively.

No prior professional experience required, but familiarity with maintenance processes and building environments is beneficial.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent (in progress).
