Role & Responsibilities

  • Define the machining business vision in collaboration with management and technical stakeholders.
  • Provide technical expertise in New Product projects.
  • Lead continuous improvement projects.
  • Support production in resolving daily issues or deviations in existing processes.
  • Ensure technological watch in areas of expertise.
  • Contribute to proactive communication of activities to various stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree with experience in the watchmaking industry.
  • Desired experience in machining within a horological environment.
  • Knowledge of other disciplines related to dial manufacturing (surface treatment, bonding, washing, degreasing) is an advantage.

Skills

Experience

Experience in machining within the watchmaking industry is desired.
