Role & Responsibilities
- Define the machining business vision in collaboration with management and technical stakeholders.
- Provide technical expertise in New Product projects.
- Lead continuous improvement projects.
- Support production in resolving daily issues or deviations in existing processes.
- Ensure technological watch in areas of expertise.
- Contribute to proactive communication of activities to various stakeholders.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree with experience in the watchmaking industry.
- Desired experience in machining within a horological environment.
- Knowledge of other disciplines related to dial manufacturing (surface treatment, bonding, washing, degreasing) is an advantage.
