Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise and monitor automated production equipment, ensuring continuous operation and adherence to production standards
- Perform and optimise machine settings to meet quality and productivity targets
- Conduct preventive maintenance and routine checks on automation systems
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to production processes and automation
- Contribute to the integration and commissioning of new production equipment
- Collaborate closely with production and maintenance teams to ensure smooth operations
- Participate in continuous improvement projects to enhance process reliability and efficiency
Qualifications
- Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in polymechanics, automation or equivalent vocational qualification
- Experience in high‑volume/series production environments
- Ability to operate effectively in a demanding industrial context
- Solution‑oriented, proactive attitude with strong problem‑solving skills
- Team spirit and effective prioritisation of tasks

Experience
Proven experience working on automated production lines in high‑volume series manufacturing; practical background in machine adjustment, preventive maintenance and process troubleshooting.
Education
Swiss Federal VET Diploma (CFC) in polymechanics, automation, or equivalent vocational qualification.
