Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal services and/or external providers.
  • Analyze and evaluate cross-functional flows and processes.
  • Supervise cost, time, and quality optimization action plans.
  • Produce reports and documentation.
  • Train and support internal and external partners.
  • Manage access rights to IT tools.
  • Provide Level 3 helpdesk support.
  • Lead, initiate, and contribute to departmental or partner projects.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.
  • Extensive knowledge of SAP.
  • Proficiency in ERP, SAP, BI/Tableau, FLEXNET, and Microsoft Office.
  • Understanding of supply chain management and management tools.
  • Experience in logistics operations within an industrial setting is an asset.
