Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal services and/or external providers.
- Analyze and evaluate cross-functional flows and processes.
- Supervise cost, time, and quality optimization action plans.
- Produce reports and documentation.
- Train and support internal and external partners.
- Manage access rights to IT tools.
- Provide Level 3 helpdesk support.
- Lead, initiate, and contribute to departmental or partner projects.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.
- Extensive knowledge of SAP.
- Proficiency in ERP, SAP, BI/Tableau, FLEXNET, and Microsoft Office.
- Understanding of supply chain management and management tools.
- Experience in logistics operations within an industrial setting is an asset.
