Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate cross-functional activities with internal departments and external service providers.
- Analyze and evaluate cross-functional processes and logistics flows.
- Supervise cost, time, and quality optimization action plans.
- Prepare reports and documentation.
- Train and support internal and external partners.
- Manage access rights for IT tools.
- Provide Level 3 helpdesk support.
- Lead, initiate, and contribute to departmental or partner projects.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree in logistics or equivalent.
