Role & Responsibilities
- Design and implement a structured database to store laser measurement data for subsequent analysis.
- Develop an automated data-extraction pipeline and generate standardized reports.
- Propose and build interfaces for data acquisition and processing, including options for manual and automatic consultation.
- Produce a working prototype integrating the chosen solutions and demonstrate end-to-end functionality.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master's program in Communication Systems, Computer Science or an equivalent technical discipline.
- Fluent programming ability in Python.
- Strong analytical and synthesis capability to translate measurement needs into data models and workflows.
- Autonomous, methodical approach with demonstrated capacity to deliver a prototype.
- Good written and oral communication skills for documentation and stakeholder interaction.
Skills
Experience
Experience as a student researcher or in project-based data systems development is expected; prior exposure to metrology or laser measurement data is advantageous but not mandatory.
Education
Master's degree in progress — Communication Systems, Computer Science or equivalent.
