Role & Responsibilities
- Manage projects across multiple sectors to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization.
- Develop leadership skills through mentorship from experienced managers.
- Participate in three six-month assignments at different Geneva sites to gain product knowledge and experience.
- Engage in a final managerial simulation assignment.
- Receive training, coaching, and mentoring from managerial teams and Human Resources.
Qualifications
- Recent graduate or near completion of a degree in technical, mechanical, or micromechanical fields.
- Prior internship experience in a corporate setting.
- Experience in production or industrial environments is advantageous.
- Demonstrated leadership skills through extracurricular activities.
