IT Continuity Project Manager
Rolex in Geneva seeks an IT Continuity Project Manager to lead IT disaster recovery, risk and change management for critical IT infrastructure.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and maintain the IT continuity and disaster recovery roadmap; lead projects for continuity exercises, tests and recovery plans.
- Design, formalise and standardise business continuity and IT recovery processes across the Systems division.
- Assess impacts of major incidents or changes on the information system and implement measures to reduce business disruption.
- Coordinate and update operational documentation required to guarantee business continuity and recovery readiness.
- Manage risks related to IT infrastructure, drive risk identification, tracking and remediation activities.
- Oversee IT change processes and act as interim Change Manager during planned absences, ensuring controlled change implementation.
Qualifications
- Proven track record in operational execution of IT disaster recovery plans or delivery of large-scale IT operations projects.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure domains: network, servers, databases and cybersecurity.
- Demonstrated leadership, autonomy, determination and high organisational capability.
- Client-oriented with the ability to communicate effectively across IT and business stakeholders.
- Engineering degree (HES) or equivalent qualification.
- Project management certifications such as PMP or Prince2 are advantageous.
- Certifications in business continuity (ISO 22301, CBCI), risk management or ITIL are a plus.
- Native-level French with a good command of English.

Demonstrated operational experience leading IT disaster recovery or business continuity projects, or managing the production deployment of complex IT operations; experience interfacing with infrastructure teams and business stakeholders is required.
