Role & Responsibilities
- Support preparation meetings and planning for university-facing events and forums.
- Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
- Manage day‑of logistics and play a key role in on‑site coordination.
- Contribute to post‑event debriefs and propose continuous improvement actions.
- Prepare statistics, event reports and performance summaries for each activity.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Proven organisational rigour, autonomy and methodical work habits.
- Strong team spirit, proactive mindset and a service orientation.
- Proficiency in MS Office.
Skills
Experience
Internship level: candidate should be a current Bachelor Hospitality Management student. Prior experience in events or hospitality is advantageous but not required.
Education
Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
