Role & Responsibilities

  • Support preparation meetings and planning for university-facing events and forums.
  • Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth execution of events.
  • Manage day‑of logistics and play a key role in on‑site coordination.
  • Contribute to post‑event debriefs and propose continuous improvement actions.
  • Prepare statistics, event reports and performance summaries for each activity.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or equivalent.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Proven organisational rigour, autonomy and methodical work habits.
  • Strong team spirit, proactive mindset and a service orientation.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.

Experience

Internship level: candidate should be a current Bachelor Hospitality Management student. Prior experience in events or hospitality is advantageous but not required.

Education
