Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive plan sets including plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renderings.
  • Prepare tender documents for suppliers, including plans, sections, and elevations.
  • Monitor budgets and schedules, implementing necessary adjustments as projects evolve.
  • Ensure the smooth execution and completion of construction works.
  • Manage the evolution of architectural concepts and furniture design.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in architecture, interior design, or a related field.
  • Significant and proven experience in the retail sector, preferably within the luxury industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArchiCAD/Artlantis, Rhinoceros, and Photoshop. Fluency in French and English; knowledge of an additional language is advantageous. Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously and collaborate with diverse internal and external stakeholders. Strong sense of creativity, aesthetics, and professional versatility. Excellent communication skills and proven experience in client relationship management.

Experience

Significant experience in the retail sector, ideally within the luxury industry, is required.

Education

Advanced degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent qualification.
