Role & Responsibilities

  • Develop comprehensive project plans including layouts, sections, and elevations.
  • Produce high-quality 3D renderings.
  • Prepare tender documents for suppliers, including detailed plans and elevations.
  • Monitor budgets and timelines, making necessary adjustments as projects evolve.
  • Ensure the smooth execution and completion of construction works.
  • Manage the evolution of architectural concepts and furniture design.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent education.
  • Significant experience in the retail sector, preferably within the luxury industry.

Skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, ArchiCAD/Artlantis, Rhinoceros, and Photoshop. Fluency in French and English; additional language skills are advantageous. Ability to work independently with strong organizational skills. Capability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously. Strong creative and aesthetic sensibilities with professional versatility. Excellent communication skills and proven client relationship management experience.

Experience

Proven track record in the retail sector with a focus on luxury environments.

Education

Advanced degree in architecture, interior design, or equivalent.
