Role & Responsibilities
- Manage trademark and design portfolios across multiple countries, including associated procedures such as searches, filings, renewals, and litigation.
- Collaborate closely with intellectual property law firms.
- Conduct strategic monitoring in the field of intellectual property and perform necessary analyses.
- Ensure the follow-up and implementation of projects and coordinate with other departments.
Qualifications
- Advanced degree preferred.
- Proven experience in the field of intellectual property, specifically in trademarks (searches, filings, renewals, oppositions) and designs.
- Experience in a law firm or within an intellectual property department is advantageous.
