Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise the activities of intellectual property managers handling portfolios and procedures related to Trademarks & Designs, including searches, filings, renewals, and litigation.
  • Collaborate closely with intellectual property law firms.
  • Conduct analyses and oversee the implementation of intellectual property strategies for the company.
  • Manage projects in collaboration with department heads and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Specialized legal education in intellectual property.
  • Proven experience in the field of intellectual property, specifically Trademarks and Designs.

Skills

Team coordination skills are preferred. Proficiency in French and English with excellent writing skills in both languages. Knowledge of German is an advantage. Team spirit and adaptability. Proactivity and initiative.

Experience

Confirmed experience in intellectual property, focusing on Trademarks and Designs.

Education

Specialized legal education in intellectual property.
