Role & Responsibilities
- Communicate global directives and set objectives for managers overseeing teams responsible for designing, developing, and implementing technical solutions for the manufacturing and assembly of Rolex watches.
- Organize and manage activities to ensure managerial performance.
- Guide, support, and motivate managers in achieving their objectives, developing their skills, and monitoring their teams.
- Foster a climate of trust and optimize interfaces with partners.
- Define the industrial vision of the service and manage strategic projects in collaboration with other services and divisions of the company.
- Drive operational and economic performance of the service using and developing various monitoring and reporting tools.
- Oversee the production of new products according to project objectives.
- Continuously improve work organization and evolve industrial tools in line with strategy.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree from HES, EPF, or equivalent institution.
- Proven experience in management within an industrial environment.
- Experience in change management.
