Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team.
- Oversee operational and administrative management of the team, including recruitment, planning, and evaluation.
- Establish and drive the roadmap for industrialization activities of a movement assembly line.
- Ensure team capacity aligns with objectives and workload.
- Act as an ambassador for team cohesion and actively promote cross-functional collaboration.
- Understand and anticipate client needs in alignment with sector strategy.
- Define and manage the operating budget for the group and its activities.
- Participate in industrialization and continuous improvement projects.
Qualifications
- HES engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
- PMI/IPMA/PMP certification is an advantage.
- Proven management experience, with Lean Management as a plus.

Experience
Confirmed experience in management, preferably with exposure to Lean Management practices.

HES engineering degree or equivalent qualification.
