Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for IT support and integration on production machinery.
  • Ensure optimal management of industrial systems at the Acacias and Chêne-Bourg sites.
  • Guarantee the performance and availability of industrial systems, coordinating operations and enforcing internal regulations.
  • Oversee compliance with rules and standards.
  • Ensure adherence to procedures, norms, and guidelines (safety, quality, confidentiality) across all production sites.
  • Protect industrial information systems and implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent intrusions, data loss, or activity disruptions.
  • Guide the team in researching and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Promote skill development, autonomy, and engagement among team members.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in industrial computing, electrotechnics, automation, or a related field.
  • Experience in close management on industrial sites, preferably multi-site.
  • Strong knowledge of IT (Information Technologies) and OT (Operational Technologies).
