Rolex seeks an Industrial Information Systems Manager in Geneva, Switzerland. This role involves managing IT systems on production sites, ensuring performance, and leading a team in innovation.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage a team responsible for IT support and integration on production machinery.
  • Ensure optimal management of industrial systems at the Acacias and Chêne-Bourg sites.
  • Guarantee performance and availability of industrial systems, coordinating operations and enforcing internal standards.
  • Oversee compliance with procedures, standards, and guidelines for security, quality, and confidentiality across production sites.
  • Protect industrial information systems and implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent intrusions, data loss, or disruptions.
  • Guide the team in researching and implementing innovative solutions.
  • Promote skill development, autonomy, and engagement among team members.

Qualifications

  • Advanced degree in industrial computing, electrotechnics, automation, or a related field.
  • Experience in close management on industrial sites, preferably multi-site.
  • Strong knowledge of IT (Information Technologies) and OT (Operational Technologies).
