Rolex seeks an Industrial Information Systems Manager in Geneva, Switzerland. This role involves managing IT systems on production sites, ensuring performance, and leading a team in innovation.

Role & Responsibilities

Manage a team responsible for IT support and integration on production machinery.
Ensure optimal management of industrial systems at the Acacias and Chêne-Bourg sites.
Guarantee performance and availability of industrial systems, coordinating operations and enforcing internal standards.
Oversee compliance with procedures, standards, and guidelines for security, quality, and confidentiality across production sites.
Protect industrial information systems and implement cybersecurity best practices to prevent intrusions, data loss, or disruptions.
Guide the team in researching and implementing innovative solutions.
Promote skill development, autonomy, and engagement among team members.

Qualifications

Advanced degree in industrial computing, electrotechnics, automation, or a related field.
Experience in close management on industrial sites, preferably multi-site.
Strong knowledge of IT (Information Technologies) and OT (Operational Technologies).
