ICS/OT Security Architect
Rolex in Geneva seeks a Senior ICS/OT Security Architect to secure industrial control, IoT and IT systems.

Role & Responsibilities
- Identify and assess security risks across industrial control environments (ICS/OT), IoT devices and their supporting IT infrastructure.
- Develop and implement security policies, procedures and architecture standards specific to industrial control systems.
- Design OT system architectures grounded in Security by Default and Zero Trust principles to segregate and protect critical assets.
- Modernise existing OT architectures to enable secure integration of Cloud services and artificial intelligence solutions.
- Specify, deploy and tune technical security controls to protect ICS/OT assets, including secure equipment integration into the IT estate.
- Perform technical security audits and conduct penetration tests against ICS/OT systems and their IT surroundings.
- Act as the principal security advisor for domains such as Building Technical Management (GTC), industrial control systems, automated storage systems and R&D equipment.
- Maintain technology watch on ICS/OT, IoT and IT security developments and promote best practices.
- Contribute to the monitoring of control systems to detect anomalous activity and support incident response for industrial environments.
Qualifications
- Higher education in computer engineering with a specialisation in security, or an equivalent technical qualification.
- Proven hands-on experience in ICS/OT and IoT security, including architecture design and operational security measures.
- Solid knowledge of principal cybersecurity frameworks and standards: NIST CSF, NIST 800-82, ISO 27001 and IEC 62443.
- Professional working proficiency in English for technical collaboration and documentation.
- Demonstrated ability to perform technical audits and penetration testing in industrial environments and to communicate findings to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Skills
Experience
Demonstrable, practical experience securing ICS/OT/IoT environments, including design and implementation of OT architectures, integration with IT and Cloud, and execution of technical audits and penetration tests. Experience advising operational and R&D teams on industrial cybersecurity is required.
Education
Higher education degree in computer engineering with a security specialisation, or equivalent qualification.
