Role & Responsibilities

  • Monitor the periodic operation of HVAC systems.
  • Conduct preventive and corrective maintenance on heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and sanitary installations.
  • Analyze, diagnose, and address various technical malfunctions.
  • Manage technical alarms using the supervision tool.
  • Optimize the operation of HVAC control loops.
  • Perform measurement and balancing campaigns for hydraulic and aeraulic installations.
  • Participate in functional tests of critical system controls.
  • Oversee subcontractors to ensure quality and safety of interventions.
  • Supervise a team of service providers responsible for HVAC maintenance.
  • Develop specifications and small-scale project documentation.
  • Ensure the supply of materials or consumables necessary for maintenance or work.
  • Provide 24/7 technical HVAC support according to the team's periodic schedule.

Qualifications

  • Certified heating or sanitary installer, ideally supplemented by a Technician ES diploma in building technology or equivalent recognized qualification.
  • Proven experience in maintaining complex HVAC systems, preferably in the industrial sector.

Skills

Proficiency in centralized technical management tools and associated settings. Computer proficiency (Office Suite and technical tools). Attention to detail, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities in a dynamic environment. Team spirit, service-oriented mindset, and strong communication skills.

Experience

Confirmed experience in the maintenance of complex HVAC systems, ideally within the industrial sector.

Education

Certified heating or sanitary installer, ideally with a Technician ES diploma in building technology or equivalent.
