Role & Responsibilities

  • Actively contribute to the deployment of a new software system, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, commitments are honored, and business needs are addressed.
  • Participate in establishing and securing data exchanges between the new HRIS and the existing system, which will continue to handle payroll and time management.
  • Play a key role in the design, configuration, testing, acceptance, and production phases.
  • Post-deployment, serve as the application reference point: manage evolutionary maintenance, regular updates, incident tracking, and coordinate developments.
  • Support users through continuous improvement, process optimization, and gathering requirements for future enhancements.
  • Join an existing HRIS team and contribute to its collective dynamic.

Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role (HRIS/HR transformation/HR tool deployment).
  • Strong knowledge of SuccessFactors, particularly Core HR. Familiarity with Recruitment, Performance, Compensation, and Succession modules is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of SAP S4 or ECC, especially regarding interfaces and service continuity, is beneficial.
  • Fluent in French; professional proficiency in English.
  • Project management knowledge is a plus.
