HR & Recruitment Intern

Role & Responsibilities
- Draft and publish job advertisements across appropriate channels
- Process incoming applications: receipt, data entry, filing and basic screening in the recruitment tool
- Search for candidate profiles within the applicant tracking system
- Organise and schedule recruitment interviews, manage calendars and co-ordinate telephone communications
- Handle interview logistics including room reservations, room preparation and candidate reception
- Prepare new-hire documentation and support the HR team with routine administrative tasks
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s programme, preferably in Hospitality Management or a related discipline
- Excellent written communication and drafting skills
- Very good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Flexible, rigorous and highly organised
- Strong team spirit and interpersonal aptitude
Skills
Experience
No specific professional experience required; prior administrative or HR internship experience is advantageous.
Education
Enrolment in a Bachelor's degree (preferably Hospitality Management or related field).
