Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise contractors responsible for the maintenance of green spaces and indoor plants, ensuring quality and adherence to biodiversity standards.
  • Manage both indoor and outdoor green spaces across various sites.
  • Promote and implement biodiversity initiatives.
  • Oversee projects related to the development of green spaces.
  • Establish budgets and action plans for the maintenance and enhancement of green spaces, aligning practices with the company's environmental objectives.

Qualifications

  • Degree in horticulture, ecology, environmental management, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of relevant experience.

Skills

In-depth knowledge of indoor and outdoor plants, their maintenance, irrigation systems, green roofing, and ecological landscaping techniques. Strong understanding of biodiversity. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Dynamic, curious, and proactive nature. Ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Experience

5 to 10 years of relevant experience in managing green spaces or similar roles.

Education

Degree in horticulture, ecology, environmental management, or a related field.
