Role & Responsibilities

  • Support cross-functional company projects, including the implementation of new ERP systems and analysis of regulatory or organizational changes.
  • Contribute to the development of management tools such as ERP, reporting, and KPIs.
  • Address ad-hoc financial impact assessments for partner departments such as Purchasing, Logistics, and Communication & Image.
  • Create decision-support tools (BI) to facilitate monitoring and decision-making processes.
  • Participate in the optimization of internal financial processes.

Qualifications

  • University degree in Business Management, HEC or HEG preferred.
  • Federal diploma in finance and accounting or equivalent.
  • Proven experience of over 3 years in a similar role within the industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in managing cross-functional projects involving partner departments.

Skills

Proficiency in producing reports and in-depth analyses using management tools. Expertise in MS Excel, including complex functions and pivot tables. Knowledge of ERP SAP S/4 and Tableau software is an asset. Strong analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and meet deadlines. Excellent communication and client-oriented approach. Organized, conscientious, and proactive. Effective team player with the ability to work autonomously.

Experience

Over 3 years of successful experience in a similar role within the industry.

Education

University degree in Business Management, HEC or HEG preferred.
