Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and follow up all administrative activities for senior management.
- Independently manage executive calendars, email correspondence, telephone communications and scheduling to ensure efficient information and workflow.
- Serve as a high-quality interface between senior management and internal/external stakeholders, preserving confidentiality and corporate standards.
- Anticipate needs, identify practical solutions and take initiative to streamline processes and priorities.
- Lead and manage specific dossiers and projects from initiation through delivery.
- Draft meeting minutes, track decisions and ensure timely follow-up and implementation.
- Prepare presentations and analytical reports by collecting, consolidating and interpreting data and results.
Qualifications
- Commercial maturity or equivalent vocational qualification; federal diploma as executive/management assistant is an asset.
- Minimum of 10 years' proven experience as an executive assistant within a large organisation.
- Native-level French with impeccable written spelling and syntax.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong sense of discretion, confidentiality and professional composure.
- Demonstrated capacity for anticipation, initiative and effective prioritisation.
- Personable, service-oriented demeanour with polished interpersonal skills.

Experience
At least 10 years' experience as an executive/management assistant in a large corporate environment, supporting senior-level executives and managing complex administrative and project tasks.
Education
Commercial maturity or equivalent vocational training; federal diploma as executive/management assistant (asset).
