Rolex — Geneva: Events and Reception Intern (6-month internship) supporting guest services, event planning and on-site coordination.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Participate in event preparation meetings and contribute to the planning process
  • Support organisation and logistical follow-up for corporate and client-facing events
  • Coordinate operations with internal stakeholders and external suppliers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Oversee on-site coordination and ensure smooth execution of activities on the day of the event
  • Handle internal requests and provide administrative assistance to the Reception and Events team
  • Attend post-event debriefs and synthesize feedback to inform continuous improvement

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's programme in Hospitality Management or an equivalent field
  • Excellent written communication skills, particularly in French
  • Strong organisational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Discreet professional demeanour and a collaborative team orientation
  • Very good command of English (spoken and written)
  • Availability for a 6-month internship

Experience

No extensive prior professional experience required; current academic enrollment is mandatory. Previous internships or part‑time experience in hospitality, events or guest services is advantageous but not required.
