Rolex seeks an Event Logistics Technician in Geneva, Switzerland. This role involves managing logistics for events worldwide, requiring frequent travel and technical expertise.

Role & Responsibilities

Ensure the handling, packaging, and repair of equipment both in the workshop and on-site.
Load and unload equipment efficiently.
Enhance Rolex's visibility at events.
Participate in the planning and logistical coordination of tasks before, during, and after events.
Ensure the preparation and flawless operation of installations.
Maintain technical integrity of installations and organize on-site logistics.
Monitor technical aspects of projects internally and with service providers, and draft event reports.

Qualifications

Technical training or education.
Willingness to travel frequently worldwide and work weekends (approximately 120 days per year).
Possession of a driver's license; forklift certification is advantageous.
Proficiency in common office applications.
Excellent command of English; additional languages are a plus.
Impeccable demeanor and presentation.
Strong communication skills.
Good physical condition.
Ability to work independently or as part of a team and adapt to constantly changing situations.
Autonomy and professional rigor.

Experience

Experience in logistics, event management, or a related field is preferred.

Technical training or equivalent experience.
