Equipment Project Manager
Rolex (Biel/Bienne, Switzerland) seeks an Equipment Project Manager to coordinate production equipment disposals and technical data.

Role & Responsibilities
- Coordinate transfers, donations, sales, recycling and destruction of production and packaging equipment.
- Lead and deliver projects related to equipment decommissioning and removal.
- Provide technical support to production teams concerning equipment technical data and specifications.
- Align, consolidate and distribute information and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
- Document and capitalise process knowledge and ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data related to equipment.
Qualifications
- Degree in production logistics, industrial management or equivalent (e.g. HES/engineering diploma).
- Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, plant layout and master data activities.
- Very good command of English and/or German.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and to communicate effectively across functions.
- Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and well organised with sound analytical and synthesis abilities.
Skills
Experience
Proven experience in production logistics, equipment lifecycle or asset disposition projects, ideally with exposure to maintenance operations and master-data activities; practical experience with SAP and high-volume data handling is an asset.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, production logistics, or equivalent professional qualification (HES/engineering diploma preferred).
