Rolex (Biel/Bienne, Switzerland) seeks an Equipment Project Manager to coordinate production equipment disposals and technical data.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate transfers, donations, sales, recycling and destruction of production and packaging equipment.
  • Lead and deliver projects related to equipment decommissioning and removal.
  • Provide technical support to production teams concerning equipment technical data and specifications.
  • Align, consolidate and distribute information and reporting to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Document and capitalise process knowledge and ensure the accuracy and integrity of master data related to equipment.

Qualifications

  • Degree in production logistics, industrial management or equivalent (e.g. HES/engineering diploma).
  • Basic knowledge of industrial maintenance, plant layout and master data activities.
  • Very good command of English and/or German.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively and to communicate effectively across functions.
  • Autonomous, flexible, rigorous and well organised with sound analytical and synthesis abilities.

Experience

Proven experience in production logistics, equipment lifecycle or asset disposition projects, ideally with exposure to maintenance operations and master-data activities; practical experience with SAP and high-volume data handling is an asset.

Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in industrial engineering, production logistics, or equivalent professional qualification (HES/engineering diploma preferred).
