Role & Responsibilities
- Define and frame projects: gather and consolidate input data, articulate requirements and set precise objectives.
- Develop solution concepts: propose innovative, sustainability-oriented technical solutions integrating advanced technologies.
- Produce technical specifications: author clear, structured requirement documents and functional specifications.
- Coordinate project teams: lead regular meetings, synchronize activities across disciplines and ensure steady progress.
- Plan and control schedules and budgets: create detailed timelines, monitor milestones and manage forecasted budgets to ensure compliance.
- Communicate and report: provide regular status updates to stakeholders and senior management, and maintain transparent project documentation.
- Manage industrial partnerships: organise and coordinate interactions with suppliers and partners to secure delivery and alignment with project goals.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in logistics, mechanical engineering or microtechnology.
- Proven experience in project management, preferably in industrial or automation contexts.
- Hands‑on experience with automated industrial equipment (conveyors, machine vision, special/custom machines).
- Strong organisational autonomy, rigorous planning and budgetary control skills.
- Excellent interpersonal skills: active listening, synthesis capability and effective communication.
- Desirable: experience in supply chain / industrial logistics and training in environmental / sustainable development.
- Desirable: knowledge of English and/or German.

Confirmed experience leading projects in industrial automation, manufacturing equipment or logistics infrastructure, with demonstrable responsibility for technical specifications, planning and supplier coordination.
Education
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in logistics, mechanical engineering or microtechnology.
