Rolex in Geneva seeks an Environmental Intern — Energy Efficiency for a 6‑month internship to measure and improve machine‑park energy performance.

Role & Responsibilities
- Conduct interviews with production teams to identify and prioritise energy needs.
- Measure and analyse the energy performance of production machinery and equipment.
- Develop and propose technical and organisational solutions to minimise environmental impact.
- Coordinate and pilot implementation of energy‑efficiency actions across the machine park.
- Establish and deploy best practices and monitoring routines to capture and sustain energy savings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or equivalent.
- Knowledge of energy performance principles for production equipment and industrial processes.
- Strong organisational and methodological capabilities.
- Analytical aptitude with the ability to synthesise technical information clearly.
- Autonomous, proactive and comfortable proposing practical improvements.
- Hands‑on orientation with good interpersonal skills for field work and stakeholder engagement.
- Availability for a 6‑month internship.
Skills
Experience
Must be currently enrolled in a Master’s programme in environmental sciences or environmental engineering. Practical exposure to industrial or production environments, or prior internships in energy efficiency, will be an advantage.
Education
Master’s level student in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering or equivalent (in progress).
