Role & Responsibilities

  • Train, support, and substitute production operators.
  • Guide and mentor apprentices in the electroplating environment.
  • Assist in management, improvement, and problem-solving processes.
  • Maintain production equipment and perform level 1 maintenance.
  • Participate in production, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement sessions.
  • Ensure adherence to practical qualification procedures.
  • Contribute to the management of tools and equipment.
  • Record production information accurately.

Qualifications

  • Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Electroplating.
  • Experience as a corporate trainer with certification is advantageous.

Skills

In-depth knowledge and proficiency with production equipment. Proficiency in office productivity tools. Strong interpersonal skills and pedagogical ability. Commitment to training and promoting the profession.

Experience

Proven experience in electroplating and training within a corporate environment.

Education

Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in Electroplating.
