Role & Responsibilities

  • Supervise electroplating equipment operations.
  • Prepare and execute series changes.
  • Assist operators in resolving technical issues.
  • Support management in problem-solving and process improvement.
  • Train, support, and substitute production operators as needed.
  • Assist and support the electroplater apprentice trainer.

Qualifications

  • CFC in electroplating or equivalent certification.

Skills

Proficiency in production equipment operations. Knowledge of basic problem-solving tools. Proficiency in office software. Leadership and proactive approach. Excellent interpersonal skills.

Experience

Experience in supervising electroplating processes and equipment is required.

Education

CFC in electroplating or equivalent certification.
