Role & Responsibilities
- Supervise electroplating equipment operations.
- Prepare and execute series changes.
- Assist operators in resolving technical issues.
- Support management in problem-solving and process improvement.
- Train, support, and substitute production operators as needed.
- Assist and support the electroplater apprentice trainer.
Qualifications
- CFC in electroplating or equivalent certification.

Experience
Experience in supervising electroplating processes and equipment is required.
Education
CFC in electroplating or equivalent certification.
