Role & Responsibilities

  • Observe and assist skilled technicians across selected workshops (mechanics, watchmaking, laboratories, industrial services) under close supervision.
  • Participate in basic, supervised tasks to gain hands‑on exposure to machining, assembly, surface treatment, electroplating, or laboratory procedures depending on the chosen trade.
  • Follow workplace safety and quality procedures at all times; attend introductory safety briefings and follow instructions from mentors.
  • Complete short practical assignments or a mini‑project to demonstrate learning and aptitude for the trade.
  • Prepare and submit a brief report or reflection documenting the internship experience and learning outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Finishing compulsory schooling or equivalent and considering vocational/apprenticeship pathways.
  • Demonstrable motivation to explore technical or industrial trades (mechanics, watchmaking, laboratory, automation, logistics, IT, quality control).
  • Basic numeracy and manual dexterity; strong attention to detail.
  • Capacity to follow instructions, work safely in a workshop environment and collaborate with workshop teams.
