Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of building and technical draftsmen (CVCSE).
- Assess team skills, tools, and work methods, proposing and implementing a strategy for the creation and development of this new entity.
- Ensure the preparation, compliance, and updating of plans, adhering to legal standards and internal guidelines.
- Oversee the lifecycle management of plans, from creation to end-of-life (disposal/storage).
- Support the integration of 3D modeling and BIM technologies (Revit) within the group.
- Facilitate the continuous improvement initiatives of the group.
Qualifications
- Technical education background.
- Experience in team management, ideally within an industrial or construction environment.
- Interest in 3D technical drawing in building construction and associated technologies.
