Role & Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of building and technical draftsmen (CVCSE).
  • Evaluate team competencies, tools, and work methods, and implement strategies for the development of the department.
  • Ensure the creation, compliance, and updating of plans, adhering to legal standards and internal guidelines.
  • Oversee the lifecycle management of plans from creation to disposal or storage.
  • Support the integration of 3D modeling and BIM technologies (Revit) within the organization.
  • Drive the continuous improvement initiatives of the group.

Qualifications

  • Technical educational background.
  • Experience in team management, preferably in an industrial or construction environment.
  • Interest in 3D technical drawing in building construction and associated technologies.
  • Proficiency in standard office software and data processing in spreadsheets.

Skills

Analytical and synthesis skills. Ability to work in a large and complex environment. Rigorous, structured, and autonomous with an analytical mindset. Good integration ability, team spirit, and service orientation.

Experience

Experience in team management, ideally within an industrial or construction sector.

Education

Technical educational background required.
