Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional networks focused on regulatory compliance and horological standardization across multiple sites and activities.
  • Organize steering committee meetings and provide comprehensive reports to the management and steering committee.
  • Support subject matter experts in monitoring standardization projects and managing associated documentation.
  • Develop strategic analyses, syntheses, and recommendations on horological standards, identifying discrepancies with company practices.
  • Prepare and distribute materials such as agendas, presentations, and minutes, ensuring traceability and follow-up on decisions.
  • Contribute to the consolidation and continuous improvement of the governance system in compliance and standardization within the company.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree or equivalent from a prestigious institution.
  • Experience in the watchmaking industry is advantageous.
  • Experience in transversal project management within a regulated industrial environment in the quality domain.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Organized, methodical, and meticulous. Ability to unite, work within a network, and lead multidisciplinary groups. Analytical and simplification skills.
