Role & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and lead cross-functional teams on regulatory compliance and watchmaking standardization across multiple sites and activities.
  • Organize steering committees and provide comprehensive reporting to the management and executive committees.
  • Support industry experts in monitoring standardization projects and managing associated documentation.
  • Formalize strategic analyses, syntheses, and recommendations on watchmaking standards, identifying discrepancies with company practices.
  • Prepare and distribute materials such as agendas, presentations, and minutes, ensuring traceability and follow-up on decisions.
  • Contribute to the consolidation and continuous improvement of the company's governance system in compliance and standardization.

Qualifications

  • Higher education degree or equivalent from a prestigious institution.
  • Experience in the watchmaking industry is an advantage.
  • Experience in cross-functional project management within a regulated industrial environment, particularly in quality management.

Skills

Excellent oral and written communication skills in French and English. Organized, methodical, and meticulous. Ability to unite, work in networks, and lead multidisciplinary groups. Strong analytical and simplification skills.
