Role & Responsibilities
- Perform a broad range of administrative tasks across secretariat, IT, finance, purchasing, commercial and human resources functions.
- Prepare and manage correspondence, filing, and official documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
- Maintain and update databases, perform data entry and ensure integrity of records.
- Support basic bookkeeping and invoice processing under supervision.
- Assist with procurement administration and supplier follow-up.
- Provide front-desk or internal stakeholder support and contribute to client-facing interactions when required.
- Participate in vocational training modules, assessments and on-the-job learning under the guidance of experienced trainers.
