Role & Responsibilities

  • Perform a broad range of administrative tasks across secretariat, IT, finance, purchasing, commercial and human resources functions.
  • Prepare and manage correspondence, filing, and official documentation with accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Maintain and update databases, perform data entry and ensure integrity of records.
  • Support basic bookkeeping and invoice processing under supervision.
  • Assist with procurement administration and supplier follow-up.
  • Provide front-desk or internal stakeholder support and contribute to client-facing interactions when required.
  • Participate in vocational training modules, assessments and on-the-job learning under the guidance of experienced trainers.

  • Good academic record, with strong competence in French.
