CAD Engineer
Rolex in Geneva seeks a CAD Engineer to lead Model‑Based Definition and optimise the digital engineering chain in the Production division.

Role & Responsibilities
- Implement and champion Model‑Based Definition (MBD) across design and engineering workflows.
- Identify and propose improvements to the digital value chain and related business practices.
- Develop and enrich CAD analysis and creation processes within the team.
- Perform CAD modelling activities related to industrialisation and production readiness.
- Ensure the quality and conformity of digital CAD deliverables provided to the Methods environment.
- Consolidate the team around methodological innovations and best practices.
- Formalise standards, repositories and documentation to capitalise the team’s domain expertise.
- Train and coach team members on the evolution of design methods and CAD tools.
Qualifications
- Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in microtechnology, mechanical engineering or related discipline.
- Proven mastery of CAD practices and tools, ideally CREO; familiarity with ERP and PLM systems.
- Sound knowledge of ISO‑GPS geometric and dimensional tolerancing standards.
- Strong interest in Methods engineering and digitalisation initiatives (Data Excellence).
- Excellent communication and group facilitation skills; experience training and upskilling colleagues.
- Demonstrated initiative, leadership, organisation and a results‑oriented approach.

Experience
Proven professional experience working with CAD in precision mechanics or related industries, with hands‑on involvement in industrialisation modelling, MBD implementation and integration of CAD deliverables into PLM/ERP ecosystems.
Education
Engineering degree (HES, EPF or equivalent) in microtechnology, mechanical engineering, or equivalent qualification.
