Role & Responsibilities

  • Implement and promote Model-Based Definition (MBD) methodologies.
  • Optimize the digital workflow and industry practices.
  • Enhance CAD analysis and execution processes within the team.
  • Contribute to CAD modeling during industrialization phases.
  • Ensure the quality of CAD digital objects delivered to the Methods environment.
  • Unite the team around methodological innovations.
  • Formalize standards and references to capitalize on the team's expertise.
  • Train team members on evolving design methods and tools.

Qualifications

  • Engineering degree in microtechnology/mechanics from HES or EPF or equivalent education.

Skills

Proficiency in CAD tools (ideally CREO), ERP, and PLM systems. Strong knowledge of ISO-GPS geometric and dimensional standardized language. Interest in Methods environment and data excellence initiatives. Innovative and proactive approach to complex business challenges. Excellent communication, group facilitation, and teamwork skills. Leadership, initiative, rigor, organization, and results-oriented mindset.

Experience

Experience in CAD engineering with a focus on digital optimization and quality assurance.

Education

Engineering degree in microtechnology or mechanics.
