Buyer
Rolex in Geneva seeks a Buyer to manage supplier strategy, performance and sustainability for assigned product groups in the Purchases team.

Role & Responsibilities
- Define and deploy sourcing strategies for assigned component families, including risk analysis and cross-functional alignment.
- Drive supplier performance through KPI definition, monitoring and structured feedback to meet agreed targets.
- Support suppliers in the implementation of strategic plans and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Manage supplier budgets and ensure cost control across assigned product groups.
- Contribute to sustainability initiatives and supplier compliance with environmental and social requirements.
- Conduct market analysis and technology watch to inform sourcing decisions and anticipate supply risks.
- Collaborate with Procurement and Supply teams to secure supply and achieve operational objectives.
- Ensure contractual and governance frameworks are in place (NDAs, contracts, charters) and adhered to.
- Foster effective collaboration with internal stakeholders (engineering, quality, operations, legal).
- Perform additional tasks as assigned by the Purchasing manager.
Qualifications
- Higher education in procurement, supply chain, business administration or a related discipline.
- 3 to 5 years of experience within a purchasing/procurement function.
- Excellent analytical skills with a structured, data-driven approach to decision making.
- Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with strong customer focus.
- Strong written communication and summarisation abilities.
- Autonomous, rigorous and comfortable working in cross-functional teams.
- Excellent command of French.
- Good interpersonal skills, active listening and client service orientation.
- Experience with SAP and/or Ivalua is an asset.
Skills
Experience
3–5 years of progressive experience in a purchasing or procurement team, ideally within a technical or luxury manufacturing environment.
Education
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration or equivalent.
