Role & Responsibilities

  • Drive the functional analysis and specification of forecasting and planning processes for the selected solution.
  • Participate in configuration, testing, validation and post-deployment support of the Kinaxis Maestro / APS solution.
  • Translate and communicate business requirements to the solution delivery teams and ensure alignment across stakeholders.
  • Collaborate in agile ceremonies with Scrum Master and Product Owner to prioritise backlog items and refine user stories.
  • Design and implement initiatives to improve data quality, shorten processing lead times and anticipate future planning needs.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 3 years' experience managing IT solutions in forecasting and planning domains.
  • Proven hands-on experience with Maestro de Kinaxis or other Advanced Planning System (APS) vendors.
  • Demonstrable experience working within Agile frameworks and basic project management competencies.
  • Fluent in French and English (C1/C2 level).
  • High degree of autonomy, analytical rigour and discretion when handling sensitive information.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.

Experience

At least three years’ professional experience implementing, configuring or managing forecasting and planning IT solutions, with demonstrated exposure to Kinaxis Maestro or equivalent APS platforms and involvement in agile delivery teams.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
