Role & Responsibilities
- Execute polishing and finishing operations across the full range of bracelet links and clasps, using established techniques and tools.
- Deliver daily production in line with quantitative and qualitative targets and internal KPIs.
- Perform systematic self-inspection and dimensional checks of produced parts to ensure conformity with specifications.
- Maintain workstations and polishing equipment in accordance with 5S and safety requirements; report and escalate technical issues.
- Collaborate with colleagues and production support to optimise process flows and respect production schedules.
Qualifications
- Vocational qualification (CFC de termineur) in finishing or equivalent apprenticeship, or significant demonstrable experience in metal finishing for watch components.
- Proven mastery of polishing and finishing techniques applied to links and clasps.
- Ability to read technical drawings and perform dimensional control to tight tolerances.
- Familiarity with a métier-specific production/IT system.
- Strong teamwork, adaptability, organisational rigour, and consistent attendance.
Skills
Experience
Vocational certificate (CFC) in finishing and/or significant professional experience in metal finishing for watch bracelets and clasps. Proven ability to meet production and quality targets; several years of hands-on finishing experience is advantageous.
Education
Vocational certificate (CFC) in finishing (Termineur) or equivalent vocational qualification.
