Role & Responsibilities

  • Execute polishing and finishing operations across the full range of bracelet links and clasps, using established techniques and tools.
  • Deliver daily production in line with quantitative and qualitative targets and internal KPIs.
  • Perform systematic self-inspection and dimensional checks of produced parts to ensure conformity with specifications.
  • Maintain workstations and polishing equipment in accordance with 5S and safety requirements; report and escalate technical issues.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and production support to optimise process flows and respect production schedules.

Qualifications

  • Vocational qualification (CFC de termineur) in finishing or equivalent apprenticeship, or significant demonstrable experience in metal finishing for watch components.
  • Proven mastery of polishing and finishing techniques applied to links and clasps.
  • Ability to read technical drawings and perform dimensional control to tight tolerances.
  • Familiarity with a métier-specific production/IT system.
  • Strong teamwork, adaptability, organisational rigour, and consistent attendance.

Experience

Vocational certificate (CFC) in finishing (Termineur) or equivalent vocational qualification.
