Rolex Paris seeks a Boutique Reception Intern for a 6-month internship supporting client welcome and appointments in its boutique.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and coordinate client appointments efficiently, including scheduling and follow-up.
  • Provide a high-quality welcome for clients and serve refreshments in the boutique.
  • Listen attentively to clients, respond to enquiries and escalate requests to the sales team when necessary.
  • Contribute to visual merchandising and ensure the boutique is presented according to brand standards.
  • Maintain boutique upkeep and ensure a welcoming, orderly environment at all times.
  • Support day-to-day administrative tasks and learn from boutique professionals through active observation and participation.

Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or a closely related field.
  • Excellent spoken and written French and English; additional languages are an advantage.
  • Strong sense of hospitality, client-oriented attitude and service ethos.
  • Conscientious, punctual and engaged with a professional demeanour.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ease in interacting with a high-end clientele.
  • Availability for a 6-month internship.

Experience

No specific prior experience is required beyond academic enrollment; previous client-facing or hospitality internships are advantageous but not mandatory.
