Role & Responsibilities
- Ensure the robustness and functionality of components through various assembly processes, both automatic and manual.
- Provide manufacturing ranges and machine programs for new products and series production.
- Participate in the acquisition of new production equipment.
- Provide technical support to production teams.
- Develop reference states and formalize expertise.
- Contribute to the strategy and implementation of production processes.
- Engage in continuous improvement strategies.
Qualifications
- Technician ES diploma, Bachelor HES, or equivalent in microtechnology, automation, or industrial systems.
Skills
Experience
Experience in diagnosing and resolving special machine malfunctions is advantageous. Technical expertise in brazing and welding processes is also preferred.
