Role & Responsibilities

  • Train apprentices in watchmaking finishing and polishing techniques.
  • Monitor and enhance training plans throughout apprentices' courses.
  • Plan and organize internships, preparing apprentices for examinations.
  • Provide personalized mentorship and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Develop pedagogical skills to enhance training effectiveness.
  • Participate in the recruitment process for new apprentices.
  • Engage in apprenticeship-related events.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
  • Organize and conduct technical training sessions for employees.
  • Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing.
  • Experience in training is advantageous.
  • Strong knowledge of automatic finishing processes.
  • Familiarity with Swiss professional training systems.

Skills

Experience

Previous experience in training within the watchmaking industry is considered an asset.

Education
