Role & Responsibilities
- Train apprentices in watchmaking finishing and polishing techniques.
- Monitor and enhance training plans throughout apprentices' courses.
- Plan and organize internships, preparing apprentices for examinations.
- Provide personalized mentorship and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Develop pedagogical skills to enhance training effectiveness.
- Participate in the recruitment process for new apprentices.
- Engage in apprenticeship-related events.
- Contribute to continuous improvement projects.
- Organize and conduct technical training sessions for employees.
- Ensure effective coordination with internal and external partners.
Qualifications
- Swiss Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) in watchmaking finishing.
- Experience in training is advantageous.
- Strong knowledge of automatic finishing processes.
- Familiarity with Swiss professional training systems.
