Role & Responsibilities
- Set up, configure and operate automated production equipment for manufacturing, assembly and packaging processes.
- Monitor machine performance to ensure optimal production output, product quality and adherence to specifications.
- Perform routine preventive maintenance and basic mechanical adjustments to maintain continuous operation.
- Diagnose and intervene in production line faults; execute corrective actions and liaise with maintenance specialists for complex repairs.
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety rules, manufacturing procedures and quality control protocols.
- Maintain production records and report deviations or incidents to supervisors.
- Participate in on-the-job training modules under the guidance of experienced instructors.
Qualifications
- Very good proficiency in French — all in-company and school-based instruction is delivered in French.
- Completed compulsory schooling (or equivalent) with a strong grounding in mathematics and sciences preferred.
- High attention to detail and a pronounced sense of precision.
- Logical, methodical problem-solving ability and manual dexterity.
- Team-oriented attitude and willingness to follow structured training and shop-floor discipline.
- Application dossier should include a CV, a motivation letter and school transcripts for the last three years.

No prior professional experience required; candidates should demonstrate a clear interest in automated machinery and manufacturing processes. Practical experience from technical internships, workshops or school projects is an advantage.
